Smartguards Ltd. is Canada's largest manufacturer of custom pressure laminated mouthguards. We are part of an innovative development in athletic mouthguards and provide thousands of mouthguards to athletes worldwide.

Each Smartguard mouthguard is produced by pressure-forming multiple layers, each shaped separately over a customized mold of the athlete's teeth. With controlled thickness offering protection in areas where it's needed most, Smartguards also offer superb durability with a tight, comfortable fit. What's more, with our pressure-laminated process, you can personalize your Smartguard with colour combinations, your team logo, an athlete's name - whatever it takes to make it yours!

Ordering the Smartguards kit for Custom Mouthguards
Smartguards Mouthguards can now be purchased online. They are available in North America only. Smartguards Mouthguards have a do-it-yourself impression kit that allows the athlete to take their own impression and mail it to the Smartguards Mouthguards Production Lab. The kit comes with easy to follow instructions on taking the impression, 2 set's of putty and 3 different trays sizes (for finding the size that fits the athlete’s mouth best). There are many colors and designs to choose from or design your own.
